Shipping Documentation Guidelines

To ensure fast and smooth international delivery, please prepare the following documents before handing over your shipment to Spinzer Express:

1. Shipper Details

·         Full name or company name

·         Full address

·         Contact name and phone number

·         Email (optional)

2. Consignee Details

·         Full name or company name

·         Delivery address

·         Contact name and phone number

·         Email (recommended for updates)

3. Air Waybill (AWB)

Issued by Spinzer Express at the time of booking. Includes shipment details and tracking number.

4. Commercial Invoice

(1 original + 3 copies)

·         Item descriptions, quantity, value, currency

·         Shipper and consignee details

·         Purpose of shipment (e.g., sale, repair, testing)

·         Signature and company stamp (if applicable)

5. Packing List

·         Description of items

·         Quantity, weight, and dimensions

·         Total gross and net weight

6. Declaration of Contents

A brief statement explaining what’s in the package and why it's being sent.

7. Purpose of Shipment

State the reason clearly:

·         Sale / Repair / Testing / Sample / Gift / Exhibition

8. Additional Documents (if required)

·         Certificate of origin

·         Import/export license

·         Insurance or compliance documents
